Ex England rugby player, Pumas coach and now resident of Buenos Airies, Les Cusworth is our Rugby Champion for the Argentina All Schools programme and the critical eye overseeing the programme. The programme is working with 6 clubs and 20 schools in the suburbs surrounding Buenos Airies where there are a number of shanty towns, issues of poor education and health, and high crime and unemployment rates.

Atlas provides funding for coaches, equipment and resources in order to make this a successful programme for children, improving their academic attainment, behaviour and employment prospects.

Puma, Juan Figallo, who lives in England and plays for Saracens, is our Rugby Champion working with the Argentinian community to ensure the project is well supported.

In November 2018 Patricio Albacete, recently retired second row, and Marcelo Loffreda, legendary Pumas coach, joined Atlas in Argentina to help further our work with children from poor communities. See the news here
