Using rugby to turn poachers into players. In so doing, preserving the life of endangered wildlife in Southern Africa.

This programme is run by pro-rugby player Joe Pietersen who provides coaching, boots and kit for poachers in Southern Africa. He also runs a conservation organisation that focusses on the protection of rhinos, doing various projects, from dehorning to foot patrols.

Joe is an active Atlas Rugby Champion who does some shooting himself, all with a camera. We are grateful to Joe for his work behind the lens, capturing our work with disadvantaged children.

Please support this initiative which uses the power of rugby to instil positive values in people, turning them away from illegal trapping into legitimate and positive sporting and conservation work.
